DrugBuyers.Com: My strange case with LE.

I just wanted to let everyone know you can be arrested and charged for small amounts of anything from xanax to low dose codeine. Depends if the DA wants to get you or not, in my case they wanted to. I was ordering non-illegal drugs from overseas, the for some reason I ordered a low dose codeine products for pain, at first I didn't even know it has codeine in it, I ordered over the year, so one day, after I stopped needing the meds, the police showed up to my door, sent by ICE (customs) because over the long term of ordering they were keeping track of each order and they claim they know I ordered 600 pills in a years time from, which is not a large amount at once. They harrassed me because they thought 600 pills in a year, wow he must be dealing. The police did not have a search warrent, and I told them if they wanted to enter the house or speak to me again that I wanted a attorney. However even though I told them all of that and never mentioned that I ordered illegal drugs overseas, they made a threat that US Customs would just come out later if I didn't let them in, which I knew was BS or they would've camd with a warrant, however, they pulled this trick with my mother and she let them in my house without my consent and continued to question me after I said I wanted an attorney. I know they made a lot of mistakes on how they handled it, but who will the court believe, two cops or me and my mother? They found a small amount of codeine less than 10mg a pill, and kept trying to force me to say I was a dealer, but I refused to talk to them after they played the good cop bad cop deal. They just took the medicine out of my home, and a year later, and a year after I order online, the place came out and arrested me. Not a big deal because I bailed right out, but now I am facing Felony (3rd degree) for having the 20 or so pills in my house, and they knew I was using them for a car crash I was in, it was clear by how I looked and they knew of the crash of course. I'm lucky to have a very good lawyer in my area. But it's very costy. But unless I can get probation, I will most likely in drug rehab for 18 months and I am not even an addicted in any way, but it beats jail. The thing never made the paper, so I don't have that for you, but I wanted to let you know what you are getting into if you order from IOP. I was a small time person I believe. The legal process is still going on, so I don't know the outcome, but some people might not get charged with a felony, but some do. I will end up with a felony on my record unless my lawyer helps me out all because I was in pain, and my doctor is a major Best if kept off the board and told me to take tylenol for my very bad back and neck pain.
