Remeber doc fees are negotiable. Most docs want to charge you for each script and not per doc visit, as would be in the US. Ive never paid $35 for a doc visit(in MEX), last Cancun visit I got 2 scripts the doc said that will be $20usd per script. We settled on $30 for 2 scripts.
