US Ops CANNOT prescribe it. Sch. II meds have to be written in triplicate and physically taken by paper script to the pharmacy by the person for whom it is written. It cannot be called in, and cannot have any refills.

This is the reason behind it.. and with the way doctors are being watched, with the records alone these OPs would be shut down in a heartbeat if they were able to prescribe these. Hope this info helps.
