I think one of the big practical problems is patient safety: most of the OP's I see shut down have contributed to some OD's. If it was kept on a small-scale, only for 'trusted' or 'vip' members, maybe the doc would be a lot safer. Especially with using a web cam too! When I say trusted, I mean people that aren't gonna kill themselves (especially while mixing with street drugs), or not going to divert the drugs. If it was kept down-scale like this, and the pharmacy did a lot of other business to balance out the ratios of srip's, they could probably not even raise any red flags. Don't even advertise anything.
