DrugBuyers.Com: New OP in R&D phase consider CII's

Let me clarify a few things for ALL OF US. I USED to be the partial owner of ONE of the more popular OP's and removed myself COMPLETELY from this business do to the instability and the jeopardy that being a part of an OP could have placed on my other LARGER business segments. In short I pulled out because owning an OP is basically like DEALING on the streets, eventually you will feel the heat.

1. The basic function of EVERY internet pharmacy WAS, until recently, an overlooked business due to it's rather LOW-PROFILE status. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT WHAT THESE SITES DO IS LEGAL, it just means that NO ONE had looked at the business and made any decisions on whether or not it was something that was to be left alone or re-evaluated by the governing bodies that oversee prescription drugs.

OK, LETS get everyone up to date on how this is shaking out and how things are looking, YOU CAN NOT GO BY WHAT IS POSTED ON THE INTERNET PEOPLE. Just because the DEA, FDA, AMA, or whoever else posts a message with information cut from some website does not mean THAT WHAT IS POSTED IS THE LAW!! It is OPINION or in many cases OUTDATED!

Now, I have a VERY CLOSE family member who is a US Cabinet MEMBER. I have sat with the US Attorney General, The Surgeon General, The Head of the US Telemedicine Inititive for Armed Services, and a few others and I have had a chance to ask questions about this industry and what lies in the NEAR future for it.

In short, OPINIONS come from groups like the AMA, coroners offices, Pharmacy Boards etc. The simply give their view of this business to those who care and TRY to sway lawmakers to do things the way these OPINION groups see fit.

On the other hand State/Federal AGs file injunctions, lawsuits and in some cases make ARRESTS and wait for RULINGS that come from judges like the recent Florida Ruling over RX Network, and others from this past year. When it comes to drugs like Hyrdocodone, Vicodin, and other Pain pills YOU CAN'T WIN!! The stance WILL ALWAYS BE IN FAVOR OF NO CHANCES TAKEN. It is that simple, If there is the SLIGHTEST chance that little bobby at age 14 can mimic what he sees and BUY these pills on the web with a credit card and COPIES of his moms med records etc. THEY ARE NOT GONNA LET IT CONTINUE TO FLY!! I know this FIRST HAND from the above mentioned parties!! This is the way ALL laws are made, the field is leveled, and until a TRULY safe way of doing this is found, IT WILL BE MADE ILLEGAL.

Also, think about this, do a search for Ripped OFF on this site alone. See how many people have posted this? It is unbelievable how many people send their money to a site THEY HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT! It is the same as walking up to a guy on the street handing him $200 and waiting until the sun falls for him to come back with your pills, then running off and complaining about how They Never returned my calls, I never got my pills, Where did the site go?? Blah Blah Blah Yeah, no SHI*T Sherlock, there is no REGULATORY BODY in this business to prevent fraud. AND, if you are not already aware FRAUD COSTS EVERYONE INVLOVED. That is why there are regulations on ALL BUSINESS in the US to prevent INJURY AND DIRESS DUE TO LOSS, FRAUD, or NEGLIGENCE.

You may think it sucks, but thats how it is going down; you will see in the coming months. There will BE ALOT of docs/pharmacists losing their hard earned licenses. And ALL of these sites will eventually either be closed or forced to do things a different way.
