Oh my goodness - It's taken me a day or two to clear my tears and acknowledge your post, TiredBones. You, using my words "back at me", was extremely touching. Actually, you've changed my life.
I'm not, NOT, going to live by the scales anymore. Where before I would freak at gaining a lb. or two and starve myself for a few days, I'm not even going to weigh myself. I'm just going to try to eat regularly, eat healthy, and take care of myself.
In all my years of posting on boards, this board has the most compassionate members of them all. You, my sweet lil friends, mean so much to me.
NOW, LADIES (and gentleman) -- Stay OFF the scales and just be healthy, okay. I'm challenging under-eaters and over-eaters alike.
