Did you completely ignore the "face to face" relationship in the DEA guidance I posted above? It is in federal law. Nothing to do with Florida state law. Also be carefull what constitutes real records that pertain to the proper issuance of controlled substances. That is spelled out in US Title 21 code. The state of Texas, Nevada and California to mention just a few as examples require face to face relatioships. Ongoing opiod therapy is a far strech from emergency prescribing. Would you like the list of OP's that have been shut down in Florida not related to Dr. Dom? That existed at one time? Can you tell me which OP even gets close to following rule #4? If you want to see restrictive laws against OP's check out Nevada or California state law.
