OK, I'm sorry about the earlier post. I really couldn't stop myself.
There are quite a few supplements being sold as memory boosters. I'm not sure that any of them work. None of the ones I tried made any difference, and I have heard of tests done with some of the others that didn't work very well. So I recommend saving your money.
I haven't taken benzos, but I have taken other meds that affected my memory. Hydro can and anti-depressants are notorious for dulling concentration and memory. Instead of looking for something to counteract the benzos at this point I recommend trying to find another med that will treat your anxiety and not affect your memory so much. I notice that you list 2 different benzos. Do you need to take them both? Have you tried others? Have you mentioned this to your doc or pharmacist?
