I had mine out on New Years Eve? It sucks. I still have occasional pain and muscle spasms when I lift things.

It took about a week before I could bend over to the bottom drawer of the refrigerator.

Treat the hydro and the oxy as it were the same. You can switch between the two every 4-6 hours. When they talk about break through pain they mean oxycontin and hydro. Instant release verse time release.

Personally I wouldn’t take the percocet. They make me more constipated then hydros. Also, I would drink some Metamucil or some sort of fiber. The first two days I had to sh*t standing up.

On the 1- 10 pain scale.

10+ day 2
7-8 week 1
5 week 2
3 months occasional pain especially when moving

Did you have the laposcopy or the old style incision? I had the old style and have a 6 in scare. My wife had the laposcopy and she recovered allot quicker but she was only 21 at the time.
