In my years of taking every different kind of Benzodiazapine, Diazepam (which is valium) works best for my anxiety, panic, anxiety attacks, and my once in a while very severe panic attacks that happen in the middle of a mall or somewhere horrible!!!
I did not even know I took anything, when I took Ativan, it was so weak. Clonazepam , for me, is more affective for sleeping as is Temazepam.
The only Benzo I do not have very much experience with is Xanax ( alprazolam), although, I have a script of it right now, I have not used it yet. When I do, I will let you know how it affects me. but, I have heard that Xanax is much more addicting than other benzos, which I find very strange???? Why would it be?
I have also heard that Xanax is much harder to come off of.
