I saw a show on t.v about a girl that was secretly photographed by her own father while undressing. In most states that is not against the law. You can not tap a phone, but you can take naked pictures of your own daughter(sicko)and they can not do a thing to you. They said it was his camera, his pictures and as long as they were not for public viewing he could have them.
