Did anyone do an MRI to rule out anything more serious? Do you know if she has tension headaches or migraines? Tension headaches feel like a tight elastic band around your head, and migraines feel like your head is exploding from the inside on one side of the head. That's oversimplified, but you get the idea. Fioricet does work very well for some people if she has tension headaches, one problem with it though are rebound headaches. In other words, she has to avoid taking it 2-3 days in a row because the next day can lead to a worse headache. Migraines are a different story altogether, but a neurologist is really the one who should be examining her. Good luck. -yawkaw Post Extras
