I have been questioned by the police before, and I was the so called "victim" in the case. They treated me like I did somethign wrong, trying to get me to change my story, saying things like: "are you sure it didn't happen like this?" and so forth. I freak out when I get pulled over by a state trooper, and if the DEA came to interrogate me I would probably blabber everything. I would be freaked out and tell them what I thought they wanted to hear. This is what happened in my own bogus DV case, they used my own statement against me, and lied to me. There is no law that keeps the law enforcement officers from lying to you when they are questioning you. In fact that is common to get you to spill your guts out. I think she freaked out and incriminated herself, not meaning to. And what if you get an overzealous prosecuter who is totally anti-drug, the kind that won't even take asprin, and he goes and overdramatises the facts of her case in front of a grand jury. I could see that happening, and with all the hype now about the dangers of prescription drugs and how hydro is the fastest growing addiction, then its very possible she is being used as an example. I feel sorry for her and I think she needs a good lawyer.
