Not sure what state you live in...but Norco & Percocet are TWO totally DIFFERENT drugs...norco is hydrocodone and is a sched III, Percocet is a sched to, oxycodone....Are they arresting you because your PCP didn't know about the Pain Doc?..cuz they can't be arresting you for dd meds...you weren't...I have scripts for oxycontin & percocet...they are the same drug...oxycodone..one is time released...if I lived in your state, would I be arrested? I think you need some legal council....my dear...Sounds like you're becoming a pawn in a case the state wants to make against the pain doctor....they may try to get you to "go back in & request bogus scripts" by telling you they'll make this arrest "go away"....when the validity of the arrest itself is questionable...did you talk to an attorney?
