These are definately generic Percocet 5/325 (5mg oxycodone / 325 mg tylenol) from Mallinckrodt Inc Pharmaceuticals Group. It's the first pill shown in this link of some oxy products:

I also used to get them before "doubling up" to Percocet 10/650's.
