Your "pain management doctor" said your pain was too severe for him to treat? This man is insane. Can you go to your oncologist and ask for the duragesic patch and some meds for break through pain? And don't hesitate to tell your oncologist what your "pain management" doctor told you. They should revoke his license for something like this. He went to school to learn how to manage pain, didn't he?
What a jerk this guy is.
