When I called and asked the manager of the OP where I had my last consult he said two pages was the norm. It sounds like your records have a diagnosis on it. Why don't you call and ask if this is enough?

Also an MRI is an expensive procedure which means you must have had enough pain for your doctor to request it. I posted my experience in the "personal feedback" forum. good luck ~ You have nothing to lose by calling to ask
