When you get the dr on the phone be honest and expain what works for you. These people are drs just like ones you have seen face to face but they are more friendly when it comes keeping you pain free if possible. I am sure a dr would be willing to give you 60 a month based on a BAD MRI. Don't know what your dr was thinking but I am not too familiar with backs. Many of us on here wish 2 a day would help us.
I would email an OP and ask them if what you have is enough and tell them your age up front. I won't waste my time with an OP who asks for minimal documents....Start emailing ones that require more proof. They will treat you better in the long run.
