If you asked me this question before hey changed pharmacies, I would have suggested you call both of them BUT now with this whole mess going on....I am not sure what these people would do about it. From what I can see, the have a huge mess on their hands this week trying to fill orders they have been taking for over a week now and not delivering. I KNOW that doesn't make your 10 pills any less important but I would hope they would prioritize a bit.
Yeah, 10 pills is ALOT to be missing! I would persue it everyday by making a phone call and if you don't get thru email. AGAIN, There is no reason why we should hold OP less accountable for their actions. If their answer is no, well that is wrong and you go somewhere else or take the chance again but at least you had a fair choice. This way, you have nothing~~Not even a reply!
Juts a simple email might make a huge difference???? Like I said and I think you are seeking~~~An answer would be nice!

I know we are very involved in our lives, me included but the next time this happens (God forbid) call or email everyday so you make yourself known! Even if you don't get an answer for 30 days, at least they knew you weren't letting it drop.
This is only MY opinion. I am sure lots will say forget it. I say make these people aware of their mistakes/their pharmacy mistakes and make them ACCOUNTABLE
