Yea Sleepmonkey, I was thinking along the same lines yesterday. When they sent me an appologetic email about the shippmente being delayed, I replied, That I was one of the first customers to use them and that I praised them and suggested others use them as they were very proficient. Well I told them in yesterdays email, that I was going to post everywhere I can regarding their poor service, because (I, as one who was recommending them) made myself look like an idiot on their behalf. And I also stated that if it weren't for these boards, they wouldn't have a quarter of the business that they do. I also suggested (more then once) to sign up at DB so they can a least keep eveyone abreast as to whats going on, instead of receiving 100's of calls & emails. (Like Barry @ MEDS123 & Kathy at YOD) This would be a vert simple solution for them. So, I I were you guys, I would go ahead and send thise emails stating how very upset & disgusted with their services and there is way TOO MUCH COMPITITION for you to even bother using them at all! Maybe that will get their balls rolling! Anglwink
