This morning I spoke to a VERY nice gentleman who told me that since I had asked for it to be shipped using the "free" shipping that it could take days to weeks to even go to the pharmacy. Being my first order, I never dreamed it would take that long! He is shipping my order out overnight priority because I need the medications (as he put it) and if/and/or when I get the one that is lying around with no hurry to be send, I can refuse and it will go back. So, if I R Stupid (LOL) and didn't know about this free slow shipping I am passing this information on to you so U R not Stupid to use their free shipping if you want it any time soon! Regards
I believe they were BS'n you. I used the free shipping option and got mine in 2 business days. It says right in their FAQ, "All orders received before 3:00 PM EST are shipped the same day, unless physician needs to call customer, which might delay shipment to the next business day.
All orders received after 3:00 PM EST are shipped the next business day."
