Bell,
I can totally relate! I hate mornings. I never know what I am going to feel like when I wake up. It's maddening and frustrating as hell, and depressing. I have Fibromyalgia and arthritis among other things, and my neck, shoulders and upper back muscle spasms can practically incapacitate me some days...I have experiemented with different combos of meds and found that taking Ultracet with a benzo(I take a half, not a whole benzo) helps in the AM.(be sure to eat a little something first) In the evening, I usually take a hydrocodone(if I have any), and then Restoril at bedtime. If your dumb doc won't help you with hydro, order some from an OP. Sometimes, we have to take matters into our own hands. this is just what helps me, so thought I would share it in case it can help you. Also, Carisopradol(Soma) is an excellent muscle relaxer. Good luck!
