Tried it once...horrible, horrible, horrible...okay, I'm putting it out of my mind now. Peace.

Made me feel completely like I wasn't inside my own "self," like what I imagine an unpleasant hallucinogen might cause. It also made me so tired, there was no use trying to to do anything but sit on my Best if kept off the board, and it's notorious for making you crave sweet, fatty foods. After only two days I was gnoshing like I've neve gnoshed before, and it was unbelievable!
It took a couple of days to feel back to "normal," but what a frightening experience that was. And my shrink was quite taken aback at my negative reaction, but from what I've read on forums, this isn't unusual at all.

I second that!! This stuff is horrible IMO. I was on it like 7 days and gained 20 lbs. that I'm yet to loose. They say the weight gained off this med is the hardest to loose and I believe it. Just my 2 cents...

Add another check in the "horrible" column. I was on the stuff for a little less than 2 months and gained 45+ lbs. I was ravenously hungry all day and all night long, and I started "sleep eating." I gained 30 lbs in the first 30 days, something I didn't think possible outside of "Supersize Me." It took almost a year but I lost it all, but I wish I'd never gone on it to begin with.

Have been taking remeron for 2 years now. I have tried many other antidepressants and have found the remeron to be the best. Gained a little weight and when i first started taking it, it got me "high" for the first 3 or 4 days. After that I was o.k.

I quit that that stuff! Very strange effects on my head!
"THEY" know almost nothing about these "new drugs" and yet they test them on the public.
