This is my first post so I apologize in advance if I screw it up. I placed an order at this site last Thursday. Nothing happened until today. I recieved an 2 emails with the same tracking #. I went to UPS site to track the order. UPS indicates that the order was originally scanned in at 5:13 this am and then voided at 5:16 am. I have not heard anything back from rxhotdeals as of yet. anyone else had a similar experience. any info or suggestions are appreciated ed.

my last experience with them wasn;t good, i ordered about 3 weeks ago, overnight priority, it was early so it was intime, just sat pending for a week, i e-mailed them to cancel, never heard back, than another week later my package showed up ! i had to refuse it cause i didnt expect it, or think they would send it, them and skyrx are doing the same thing, skyrx had me pending for days and days on an over night order, dont know whats going on, hope they come thru for you

I'm not hyper-reactive and don't normally post as such, especially considering the n/r OP climate these days. But, UNLESS you're okay with paying $190 for 47 7.5/750 hydros, then go ahead and use these guys. For the record (and I'm not bellyaching about it - merely warning the rest of you), I was shorted 13 on my #60. You can all do the math. I understand being shorted a few here, a few there (happens to everyone), but 13 out of 60 at that price is just plumb scandalous and usurous. You don't need me to tell you about the non-existent CS there, either. However, there are times that people are in such a pinch, that dropping 200 fish on a dish just to get a small handful of relief (regardless of the number they're ostensibly paying for) is better than nothing. If you're unfortunate enough to be in such dire straits, then rxhotdeals is for YOU. Wait there's more!.... Uh, no there ain't. This place blows and I hope you're all careful... or at least forewarned.

I placed my order for hydro as I did last month without a single problem. However, this time I placed it June 30th, it said "Doctor processing" on July 1st, and then went back to just "Processing" on July 2nd, not "Processing by pharmacy". It has remained this way since. Nothing has moved or happened. With no C.S. to speak of, and I don't have the power to read their minds, I had to assume it isn't coming, and placed COD order with skyrx for the first time. Their prices were lower but am worried of being screwed somehow. I've read of people being shorted, or getting Ibuprofen etc. But, Gooddeals never communicated with me so I gave up on them. But, Hotdeals sent 2 seperate orders last month COD without a single problem, I don't know what is up with them now and why it showed the doc had processed it and then went into simply, "Processing" for a week now. Anyone else hear anything about what might be going on with rxhotdeals besides the ones who seem to be getting their orders?
skyrx shipped my order out already. I can't wait around forever wondering what to do since they don't write to update you when it's going to be delayed or not filled.
Frustrating on this merry go round....

Well, that does suck but I can tell you from personal experience as well as reading other posts here, that is far from the norm.

My orders from them always had the proper count. In fact, I have read posts from people who have received more than they paid for.

In any case, I would say, e-mail them but we all know what a joke that is.

I said it I don't know how many times, if you want/need a no consult OP for Hydro's, your choices are limited to these, let's just say, less than five star OP's. If you have medical records or even don't but require just about any other med they sell, there are better choices.

But the simple fact that people continue to use them is due to the lack of choices out there. It is also why they are able to get away with what they do....

Well I must say that I have a little egg in my face. UPS man tried to deliver the package this am. I missed it so no word yet on whether package is intact and accounted for. I'll let everyone know once find out. Question: since i didn't think the package from rxhotdeals was coming, i ordered from another OP. so, I had two delivery attempts this am. Is it ok just to refuse one?

I have a stupid question. I have never order COD from anyone before, but put in a COD order for rxhotdeals. If the meds ever get delivered can I pay cash, or does it have to a money order?

Frustrating on this merry go round....

I received my order today by UPS, I paid for 3 day delivery, it was scheduled to be delivered Monday the 12th, so I didn't have the bank money order yet, and to my surprise he was here early to deliver today, Friday.
This has never happened before and probably never again, I looked at the website tracking number and it said, "Exception", so who knows? Since I didn't have the Money order I asked him where I can find him in 2 hours, he told me and then said the package doesn't have a name on where it's from! Man, I wish he wasn't so nosy all the time. I told him that I know who it is from and who to make it out to. I was worried he'd get nosy and attempt to look in it before I got my hands on it becasue he is very nosy and his eyebrows raise with anything RX on it.
Anyway, I found him and wrote the Money Order out to just Sky and left out the RX. They can add that to it when they get it. He was fine then and I parked a few blocks away and opened up the package. A phony RX label was put on it, no pharmacy name or number though. I seriously think they don't have a doc at all prescribing these orders.
I was pleased to see it was yellow Watson's, my favorites, and all 60 was there and it saved me 10.00 since rxhotdeals was 10.00 more but after it left "Doctor Processing" it went into just plain "Processing" and has been stuck there since July 1st with no activity, and yet I had placed 2 seperate orders from them over a month ago COD and all went very well. So, who knows why they aren't filling this one, it's not saying cancelled either.
This is why I decided not to wait anylonger and placed my first time order with sky and it was processed in 24 hours and now delivered early. I'm happy now. I just can't figure out whats up with rxhotdeals. Now watch the order come a long time from now out of the blue and I won't have the money to pay for it. I am so glad I didn't get screwed and believe me after knowing the possiblities, I was worried.

Nycalt,

I agree with you. Unfortunately, even as dicey, shady, and scandalous as the remaining n/r OP's are, sometimes those of us who have solid records OP's find ourselves in pinches just before refill time (and INVARIABLY just before long weekends... or so it always seems to go). Get yer records, guys. But, when in a pinch, that's when you should read these posts here and you'll find your odds of success usually somewhere in between. I'm always happy to get a PM if someone finds a better one than the remaining "big three" out there (for hydro, that is).

I hope you can resolve your echeck problem. Can you put in a dispute like with a credit card?

But my real question is why did they cancel the order?
Did you request it to be cancelled or was your medication denied, or what?

Curious.

Don

Let's just say it was a typo, because I think if I didn't typo it would be OK, But the issue is they sent me a cancel on 6/30 and NOW are trying to take the money. I have to fill out some forms but the bank will back me up, I even have a email from them (rxHOT) plus my order status on their site that says "CANCELED" BAM but my money is gone.......

JUST buyer beware, ONLY COD!

Ya, I don't think that echeck thing is such a great idea. You don't want anyplace like this to have your bank account number along with your routing number. They could empty out your account if they wanted too.

Yeah, skip on the e-check. I don't even know why they offer it as all they seem to know how to do properly is COD.

I had an e-check approved (e-mail's and print out of their own status system indicating so), but the med was still delivered COD!

For some stupid reason (like I wanted the med and it was here and all), I paid the COD and figured I would dispute the e-check.

Well, about three days after I paid by COD, I noticed a, still to this day, unexplained credit to my checking account for the full balance charged by e-check.

I assume it's them crediting me and it is the proper amount (which made me very happy as I thought this was going to be a nightmare to dispute) but my bank still doesn't have the details. It's weird....

Anyway, lesson learned; use COD only with rxhotdeals.

My order has been sitting there since July 1st.
It went into "Doctor Processing" on July 1st and then just "Processing" and not pharmacy either on July 2nd and has remained this way since.
I placed several orders from them over a month ago and all went well and now this?
Time to move on.

They were really good until my most recent order - first time I used eCheck. eCheck cleared my bank several days ago and the order is still sitting in "pharmacy processing." They used to be so fast (and always shipped Watsons)

Anyone notice their prices just went up (significantly) again! For like the second time in two weeks!

60 tabs of Hydro's is now $225! It was $190 before the increase and about $160 just a few weeks ago!

Looks like “Hot deals” has become “hot gougers.”

Also, did anyone ever have an order sit in "C.O.D. Pending" for like days? That is where my current refill, slipped in before the price increase has been sitting since I placed the order on Saturday....

They probably want me to order again at the "new" prices.

Oh, these places....

Their 877 phone number has a full voicemail box and, of course, no one is answering. Other phone number referenced is a FAX machine. They do not respond to emails using their contact form and I see they've raised their prices again, 2nd time in ten days. DO NOT USE eCheck I THINK THAT MONEY IS LONG GONE as is rxhotdeals.com.

I agree with you. Something is indeed VERY wrong with rxhotdeals.

Did anyone notice that their "sister" rxsunshine is down as of today?

Also, as you mentioned rxhotdeal's prices for many meds have risen dramatically in the last couple of weeks. A particularly extreme example: 10/325 hydro’s went from $190 to an insane $275!!!

My order is still where is has been sitting since I placed it on 7/25: in "C.O.D. pending" status.

I even tried placing a duplicate order last Friday, explaining in the comments that I did so because I figured they must have lost my original order.

They simply, on Monday, without any explanation, cancelled my duplicate order and left my original order still pending. Not a clue as to why it is pending for a week and a half.

I have a few ideas though; none of them good (pharmacy supply problems, credit problems (why they can’t replenish the supply of meds), etc.).

In short, my guess is rxhotdeals’ days are numbered.

In case anyone is keeping track here, that would be three of the very few remaining online consult, no records OP’s (especially for Hydro’s) that shut in just the past couple of weeks. Besides rxsunshine, rx-nation is also down and presumed “dead.”

Rxhotdeals must be using their "viagra". I also got scr**ed! Ordered pain med and Zyban, and got only the pain med. Do they usually send both meds in same envelope? Certainly nobody would steal the Zyban over the pain med? Contacted them using online form, but no response. No surprise either. Tried tollfree #, but got recording to call (305)#, but was busy all day. So now I'm looking to order Zyban again, any ideas on an inexpensive site for that, as I've already paid for it once. (e-check). Thanks in advance for any info.

The same thing happened to me, since June 30th!! I also tried placing duplicate explaining that I too had an order still pending for over a month, they just simply camcelled that and still never did anything with the original order and is still in "Processing".

It's very odd.
