I just want to commend Your Online Doctor for always giving great service. Thru this entire ordeal with Woodys Pharmacy they have taken care of their patients. Things may have been a bit bumpy for a while but you better believe that Kathy and Libby are there for you.

I would like to say "thumbs up" to YOD. I am new to OP's and tried to do some research on the many sites out there before choosing one. I read good things about YOD on this forum and I liked the fact that they didn't require a physical exam, as I already have plenty of documentation about my conditions. I faxed the required information to YOD on a Thursday and received an e-mail that night with an appointment for a phone consult the next night. The phone consult was conducted by a really nice physician assistant and I was given a prescription. Because it was a Friday night, my order couldn't go to the pharmacy until Monday, but I received my meds on Tuesday via UPS. I was very pleased with every aspect of my experience with YOD and would highly recommend them.

Do you know if they do COD'S. for the meds? My friend wants to use her CC for her consult and pay for her meds COD.

The consult is 120.00 if you are vip its like 90.00 and they do offer 120 ct if your condition warrents it.

YOD currently uses Woody's, TDI, and Bi-Wise. Any of those three pharmacies will send your prescription COD upon request.

Hi Everyone,
We are finally over the hurdles and getting back to normal and have added on more staff to help out with phones etc...
So, we are not able to offer same day consults ( repeats mostly at this time).
Please call customer service between 11:30 and 2:00 for a same day consult and we will do our best. However, I cannot promise( depends on the days schedule) but, we will do our best to get you in the same day.
Please make sure that you have faxed your paperwork PRIOR to calling!!

HI everyone,
In my previous post, I made a typo:-)
I meant to say we ARE able to do some same day consults.
I put that were are not able to by mistake!!
Please if possible, fax in your paperwork( makes the entire process much quicker and easier) and request a "same day consult on either a faxed cover sheet or on the "shipping and billing form" which is the form in which you put your credit card information; Please write it big enough on a cover sheet so that we do not miss it.
PLEASE do not get upset if we are unable to fit you in ( especially on Friday or Monday) which we do get almost everyone in that we can reach on Fridays prior to the weekend anyway but, this service of same day consuls should not be used as an "all the time service" because you may not be able to get the appointment so, it is mostly available for those whom are "urgent" and in serious need.
You will be contacted by phone for an appointment time to call in that day or you may be contacted to do your consult at the time you are called so please give us a good daytime contact number because we cannot keep trying to call.
Also, don't forget, all free members receive a $10 disount off your consults by using this code on the "shipping and billing code" " DBFREEX10"

NO that is NOT true. Please always come straight to us at:
Please do not assume from something you may have heard, read etc... as there are so many individual situations and everyones records are individual records!!! We do not have a "protocol" for our company with records nor with medication etc It is always best to contact us directly with these types of questions. Our team at youronlinedoctor is very compassionate is takes the time with our patients to discuss each situation and believe me, many hours are spent during the week talking to patients about what types of records etc....

HI Terry,
You can refill according to what is on your bottle. The refillable date is on their. Please look at the label. It says something like: "refillable on". Please just call either that day or the day before and request a refill.

Just a quick note:
I will be out of town from Tuesday afternoon - Sunday so, But, Libby will be here so pleaseee be patient with the phones and e-mails getting answered. She is great and works hard. We do have another customer service rep working also with her so, everything will be "business as usual" accept for the night time work. That is what I do mostly is the faxes that come in after 4:00 EST and the answering of e-mails after 4:00 so, these will NOT be done until the following morning starting at 9:00 a.m. EST.
Please get your faxes in during the day ( by 3:00 EST) to ensure an appt for the next day. Same days will continue as much as possible but try to fax in to get scheduled so that there are few "urgent" consults needing to be done.

The discount for VIP members is: $30 not $20.
The discount for free members is always $10 with the code of: DBFREEX10 to be put on your shipping and billing form where you put your billing information.

Hi Roxanne,
Woody's if 100% back to normal. It was a small regulation change they had to work with and all is worked out and they are back and running as they were before and have been back up and running for about 6 weeks or so.
So, please don't anyone worry, all is settled ( not many make it through regulation issues) and they are so solid now that it is better than before!!

I just got a consult with YOD, and I chose TDI. There aren't any problems with the website/pharmacy are there? Is it possible to switch to Woody's at this time, as no medication has been filled yet?
