Hi all, just a comment about some billing problems with AAA. I used to use them and my wife still does and I had given them permission to use my cc for her account however we called and asked them to no longer use my card for her acct. Well her last consult they charged her card AND my card. When we contacted them they said to send proof. so my wife went to the bank and paid $5 for a copy of her old statment then faxed them costing another $4 then called them. They said it will take up to 7 days to credit. Also my friend in Jacksonville said he was charged 3 times in one week for his meds. Has anyone else had this problem?

Was your friend charged a moved medication payment or were they just numerous medication charges? If you wouldn't mind sending me a PM with your account number I can take a look into it and see if I might be able to shed some light on it.

Barry and AAAMWW are the best in cyberspace, as far as I'm concerned. Give Barry a little time. He's a man of integrity. He'll fix your problem.

Hello to everybody I'm a newbie in here & am actually able to post today:) I read the messages in the welcome area & have done all the reading I think? I just wanted to make a comment aboutAAAmww as i just had my 1st. dealings with them. From the consult to the meds being in my hand took 26 1/2 hours, I'm amazed here, never have I had faster & nice service!! Just wanted to let people know that have been having some sort of problem that they came right thru for me when I had been without pain meds for 2 weeks due to a VERY STUPID move using PhastPharmacy, never received my meds or got my $$$ back, having it all investigated at this time. PLEASE DON"T ANYBODY USE THAT PLACE!! They offer Tylox for $159.99 but don't deliver & once they get your $$$ they stop e-mailing you or answering yours & they always have the message machine on when you call.
Well how did I do for a novice?

Ohd: Did you mean Barry will fix the problem with PhastPharmacy or AAAmww as I didn't have the problem with AAAmww, I am a new user of them & got fantastic service. It's PhastPharmacy that took my$188.99 & ran with it, refused to answer my e-mails or phone messages that I left regarding not receiving my medication. I'm new to this forum just got my posting ability yesterday so still feeling my way around here & I'm new to on-line ordering too, really didn't know the why's & wherefores so I got taken BIG TIME & due to that co's payment method I probably am not able to do ANYTHING about their treatment & my loss. Tx so much for listening to me rant.I'm so disappointed over this BAD experience. gizmo713

Well, well, well~ All of you praising aaamww please see the current threads, and no Barry hasent been able to help and no I shouldnt HAVE to use a pre-pay cc but thanks for the advice. Ive always been very happy with them till now but how far do I have to go to fix their mistake? and are they going to reimburce me for my extra expences ($5 for each fax, $5 for each time Ive had to request statments from my cc company).

Just an up-date: I still havent been reimburced for my double charge from AAAMWW. I have talked to Brian, Shannon, Ivette, Leaha and all of them have agreed that I was double charged (they are all customer service at AAA) and they all have asked me to fax copies of my cc statement which I have done FIVE TIMES! tomorrow will be six! every time they say they have lost or cant find it and they cant fix it without a copy even though they can see on their computer that I was double billed. Barry It has been 2 months since I was billed what is up with your company? I had planed to order this month from you guys but this is crazy, my phone bill alone not counting all the faxes is going to be outragous!

Basically the same thing happened to me a few months ago. I was also double charged and had to fax things in twice, but they did put the funds back in my account eventually, so just keep on them, they WILL refund you.

Dante, Do you have a scanner...maybe you could scan your cc bill and send it to them in an email? Just a thought! I'm not even sure if they would accept it that way or not but I don't see any reason why they shouldn't. It would save alot of the hassles people have with faxing, as well as $$$. Also...in case you didn't know, most computers have a built-in fax feature. You can fax right from your computer. If your faxing long distance it costs you the $ of a long distance call. Just throwing out some possible alternatives. Goodluck.
Barry.....any input????

One of the primary reasons we don't have an email account open to recieve things such as CC Bills for disputes in charges is because of space. Not everyone would think to convert a .bmp file into a .jpg or a file type just as small before sending the email, thus the inbox fills up quickly.
