I also did not receive my meds from Pharmatico. I had insurance, and now they want to re-send the package for a lesser amount. ($126- I paid, now, they want another $78) I never got a seizure letter and am very suspicious about it. I guess I am out the money and the meds. They have lost a customer. You need to go to the site, click on VTS, enter email address and long order number., then they have a little writing area to send a message, that's when you may or may not get the great offer I got. Sorry for us both. They were good before, but started taking orders via credit cards, so maybe they don't need our business. Good luck
I can't believe they are getting away with this -I am so angry with Pharmatico. I sent them many many messages and would not a response or I would get a message that didn't answer my questions - they don't even read the messages any more because they have so many upset people. Then they want more money to send the stuff they didn't send in the first place.
