Ordered yesterday WELL before their cut-off date and paid extra for FedEx 2nd day. I work right next to the airport and 2nd day always gets here next day for every other OP so personally, I expected to recieve it today.
It wouldn't have bothered me if that were not the case and I received it Monday, but USPharmacyRX did not even ship it out yesterday despite being approved WELL before their cut-off date.
Basically, I'm paying for FedEx 2nd day, but receiving it as if it were shipped 3 day. Not the end of the world, but I'm also not happy about it. To top it off, I attempted to contact them via their customer service email address and received a bounce-back (invalid email address). A definite NONO for any company.
Just found this on their own shipping page. Guess it's wrong so be advised.
"All orders received before 3:00 PM EST are shipped the same day, unless physician needs to call customer, which might delay shipment to the next business day."
