I've been thinking about going with these guys, but I have a couple of questions.
1)Do they require records now and what kind of record would be sufficient? I have MR's but I hate sending them out if it isn't necessary.

2)Which pharmacies do they use? If there is a choice, which is the best bet?

I just had a consult yesterday. They did not ask for records. Should be here this morning before 10:30. Pharmacy is St. Peter's Apothocary (or you can choose "no preference").
