Thanks to all who have shown their support I want you to know that I greatly appreciate it.
To the others.....
I didn't lurk on this website for months, I found it while doing some research about my Mothers diseases and didn't come back to it until after what happened. And the thing about my Mom not knowing, she doesn't know about the arrest and unless it is absolutely necessary I don't want her to know do you have any idea how upset this would make a 71 year old woman?. Just days after the arrest she was hospitalized because they could not control her blood pressure.
They new I was coming to the post office that day because I go there everyday I mail out everyday for my job and always get my mail then. I also know from someone there that Postal Inspectors spoke to the Postmaster who I'm sure filled him in before hand as to my regular schedule.
Still no word from the courts, bail/bondsman said it takes a couple of months in this county to be indicted by the grand jury.

I do wish we were sure of any information we put on the boards. Unfortunately we see mis-information, incorrect info, Opinions dressed as facts and well you get the picture...Some people rely on what they see here as correct.
So please, be sure, dont gamble with other people's lives.
This is addressed to the board and no one individual.

I ordered Nurofen+ from another pharmacy last month..It came in a box and on the green sticker it stated Nurofen+..I almost died when I saw it..The return address stated it was a pharmacy..Needless to say, I will never order from there again

That also happened to me. I looked at the package and right there on the "Declaration"sticker. Nurofen Plus.
Guess the folks looking at it didn't know what the plus was.

I know that many of you do not believe my situation, fine .
But I wanted to update to those who actually care.
I spoke with my attorney on Friday and he told me that the Assistant DA refused to even take it to the GranJury!. This did not please the County Narcotic task force who insist it does go to te grand jury. So we must now what for the DA to come back, his mother just passed away from cancer. He is suppose to be back today I think but I'm sure that he is probably not all there mentally and I;m sure that there is a stack of work waiting. But just the fact that the assistant DA wouuldn't even take this to the Grand Jury tells me so much. The DA may get pressure to take it to the Grand Jury but if the other DA thought this was really stupid would the grand jury, I don't kow but now I know that there is someone at that court house with common sense. If it is required I would have the assitant DA sopenad to testify why he wouldn't take it to the grand jury.
Just hearing this news have given me great relief.

That is GOOD news indeed Bills.
It would be sad to be convicted over such a low dose product, but then I suppose it is the letter of the law that LE tries to follow.
In your favor might be sympathy, for your pain, after the loss of the DA's mother... I hope so.

I hope that everything turns out well. I also think it is silly to prosicute over something so trivial. I know though that small Texas towns can make mountains out of molehills so to speak.

I've been away...but glad to hear of the outcome...which sounds more right than anything....and I don't believe you're here to decieve...but I think there have been legitame questions by people who felt they didn't get answeres....honestly, I'm no one to say....I do hope the best for you and I hope we all are careful, and that we are able to find pain relief through our physicians/ who should provide it...I do sincerely wish the best for you

Seriously now-since you posted to "help" people,why don't you quench our desire to hear HOW MANY YOU ORDERED? Do you comprehend?! I think just about all of us are curious about this. Please!
