/I ordered on 9/7/07 and asked for 2 day air shipping /thinking it would arrive on 9/10/2003. I tracked the package and it is not scheduled to be delivered until
9/11/2003. I won't be in town on that day for a couple of days and will be out of my meds. Does anyone know if I can just go by the local fed-ex and pick-up the package tommorow?

Sorry, I have tried to oick up my oeders before it is out for delivary from ups and fed ex and they both have said that it can not be picked up until it has been attempted to be delivered already once, go fiqure. You would think it was doing them a favor so they do not have to send it out, the best of luck to you/ I sure wish I had better news for you...bye hope this helps you can always call them and try to explain but that did not work for me but good luck to you

Not unless you know someone. Go to the hub with your tracking # and explain that you will be out of town and the package is vital. Put on a tie and dress business-like,it's worked for me!!! ko

I have picked mine up from the hub twice now since I am not home when they deleiver in the area(11 in the morning). I just watched my package online and as soon as it was shipping I called 1800gofedex and explained to them that I was not going to be home and could I please have it stopped at the hub for pickup. No problem, they marked it hold and it was there that afternoon when I go off work.

Call the fed-ex hub where the package is probably sitting and ask if you can pick it up. They always )the 800# you that you can't pick it up, but in fact, you can. I just did this on Saturday...the people at the 800 # told me that I couldn't pick up unless there is a delivery attemp. I went to the hub and I DID pick it up...so good luck, keep us posted! Well I called Fed ex early this morning and the rep said it was not in my town yet and was not scheduled to be until tommorow. She said I could not pick it up until a delivery attempt was made. I explained the package was vital and I would be out of town, but she was not helpful.
Then I tracked the package a couple of hours later and it was in my town and on the delivery truck, go figure. So I called them again and spoke with a very nice helpful lady that left a message for the delivery driver to deliver to me early if possible. She said that if he was unable to do so I could pick up the package later this evening. I hope everything works out. So I hurry up and wait. Thank you all for your suggestions and help. It is really nice to be able to have a place to ask these little questions to that have all been in the same situation at some time or another. It is a comfort.

Fed ex update The delivery driver called me and gave me an estimated time of delivery being between the hrs of 2-4. Its 1:00 now. I am feeling better already.
