Did anyone get a tracking number last night? I thought someone said they heard they would go out SAturday? Wonder what is going on! I have heard nothing but got an email Friday. Maybe meds going out Monday?
ANY help appreciated!!

Havannah2002, If your order has been shipped it should say that when you check in at meds123 website, and give you a tracking number. But i thought someone posted that they did get their meds without getting a tracking number. They are probably so busy cleaning up from the flood that that are backed up with orders, and maybe in their hurry to get things done , they forget to give the tracking # or put wrong tracking # in to the customer.I dont know i am just guessing.This op has a good reputation and i am sure they will do all they can to get the orders out!

Thanks for your reply and PM! I put in order Thursday and it just says medication processed. Did Barry tell you that orders were being processed Sat.? Any information appreciated. Barry and MEDS123 are the best-so I am trying to be patient and not panic! They could be so backlogged they are just shipping them out without giving any information.

Barry has clarified that meds wilbe going out today. I checked my status and it says at pharmacy. I am VERY relieved! Thanks Barry!

I just Pm'd Barry and I wonder if we are going to get a refund on our shipping costs since the delay? I hate to be so nit-picky, but I hate waiting for meds, especially when this company has always been so prompt with getting out tracking numbers and shipping orders so quickly. I also ordered on Friday and have heard nothing about my order. I hate not knowing!!! Time goes by so slooowww....when you don't have your meds and you really need them. I hope there will be a package waiting for me when I get home tonight!!

Quincey, Please let us know what barry says about refunding shipping charges. I know they did the best they could, but i think my friend was charged extra for saturday delivery and didnt get delivery then!

Ok- Im getting my meds today. Barry PM'd me and let me know that I could get a refund on shipping and he gave me my tracking number. I guess you have to ask for a refund, which I am sure they will give you. Great customer service as usual!! Now if UPS can get it right, everything will be great!! I swear the shippers alway screw something up!!

They seem very reasonable. I am glad to hear you will be getting your shipping charges back. Never hurts to ask, most customer service people will work with you on issues like that.
