I would say Norcoworldwide...I am also needing a consult before the weekend, but I am very hesitant due to the recent "overcharging" going on. I am in the process of opening a business and planning a bday party for my son so I can not afford a hefty overcharge...well, who can really?? Anyway, I emailed them last night and asked why this was happening and wanted to make sure it wouldn't happen again (I've used them several times with success)and I'm waiting on a reply. I'll let you know what they say...this may be a good option for you. I'm sorry to hear about your wife...the doc sounds very harsh and un-empathetic. He has obviously never experienced that kind of pain. I also realize you aren't suppose to share meds, but my hubby and I do it all the time...you can't sit and watch someone you love in pain...I don't care how "illegal" it is! We are considering changing doctors now, BUT just got a letter yesterday that I was cancelled from his insurance for some reason...can they actually do this?? I am a licensed financial advisor and unless the laws have changed since I quit, I didn't think they could just cancel someone with no legit reason. Anyway, anyone who has NOT had a prob with NWW recently...please post.

mello, I can't tell you why your insurance was dropped, but it should be spelled out very clearly in your letter. You said for some reason, but they have to give you the reason. Read the letter again, but this time, take your time and really pay attention to all it says- they should also be offering you conversion to an individual policy and telling you how to do so.

Mello i just used them the service was great and very fast. I would recomend them to any of you guys right now. I did think i was overcharged but as i posted in a diffrent thread i wasnt sure of all the prices. I paid with my visa check card and they only took out the amount they said they would this was on 7/30 got my meds 8/1 no problems. I think there problem has been sorted out. O and when i did think they overcharged me i emailed them and right away angela emailed me back with a # to resolve the problem so they get two big thumbs up from me even after there problem

The only thing spelled out in the letter is all the WRONG dates. I think they are getting me confused with my son's policy. We just added him, so for some reason they are getting all the dates mixed up. The letter honestly says nothing...I can read pretty thouroughly...nothing. The letter is less than 4 lines long. But I am calling them today and getting it figured out...they have even had my husband's social wrong for the past 8 years...thank God he hardly ever goes to the doctor. If we wouldn't have married we would have never known it was wrong. They are just in the process of changing lots of things so everything is getting confused and messed up. I'm sure it will probably get worked out, BUT it's just the point that they are always giving me tons of things to do (phone calls, faxing, etc) as if I don't have enough to do as it is. They have great coverage, I must say, but they are the most unorganized ins. company I have EVER dealt with.
Alpha...that's good to hear that your charges are all okay. BUT Legit still has $1000+ missing from this "little glitch". I just don't know whether to risk it or not...that's a lot of money for one consult! Angela can be very helpful...but I have been using NWW for awhile now, and when things get rocky, she has also gotten very short and unhelpful to me. AND I can honestly say I was not rude in any way...just wanted to know why it took my and my husband's refills over a week to get here when we paid for overnight. Never got an answer or the refund I was promised...and then denied I was ever promised a refund. Actually, I chose 2nd day shipping...his was overnight. But still both took over a week. That is the only problem I have ever had with them...other than that, no complaints and Angela has always been very nice other than that time. I just hope they aren't about to go under .

I used TropicalRx about a month ago due to the records issue and they delivered exactly when they said they would, however, they were expensive. I will use them again.
My only complaint with them now is their constant e-mails reminding me that it is time for a refill. But I guess I shouldn't complain after reading about all of the problems everyone is having with NWW

thank you all for your help and ideas!! not sure what or who to use yet. she had another appt. with him today and he gave her a bag full of ultracetts(samples)
will these at least keep the withdrawels away until its time to get mine filled again??? im sure we both could use a hydro break but i dont like the junk that goes with it.
her mri showed something wroung in her neck so hes going to do some kind of die test to see what it is.
her pain comes and goes and mine is getting better. but everytime we stop takeing the pain meds it just seems to come back along with the other junk too.
so maybe these ultracetts will help with both issues?? im sure hopeing so im not due till next week and im getting low. just hate to spend anymore money but dont want to suffer either. please help again and thanks you are some fine people in my books!!gage

You said to try "Norco Worldwide" but the Drugbuyers list says they are out of business. Am I missing something obvious here?

Yup, it's been my experience that Ultracet definitely keeps withdrawals "at bay". And you may actually achieve some pain relief with this medication. Some folks swear by it... others say it's like taking candy as far as pain relief. But I think most would agree it helps with withdrawals.
Hope this helps... Take care of yourselves.

Mello.Drop by a local CVS,Eckerd Drug or Rite-aid and pick up a prepaid credit card. You can load it with just $5 more than you need. That way you can't lose more than $5.I use these cards for all internet purchases,I've had zero probs. There was several post concerning this a few days ago.I hope this helps.Good Luck with the insurance company....Have a Great Day...Paidfo

If you need it by the weekend (which I am going to take to mean, ASAP), I'd suggest what has already been mentioned, TropicalRX or uspharmacyrx. I think if you're going to get her hooked up with one of the better op's like YOD, AAAmedsWW, or EVMG, you should do some research with her and sit down and look at the pro's and con's of each. But if meds asap are the priority for now, go with one of the more expensive, but quicker op's.
