Injectable Xylocaine

I'm new to this and looking for an unusual thing: injectable xylocaine in a 2% solution (20ml or 50ml vial) with epinephrine. Used to deaden an area to perform a minor excision.

I couldn't find it on the sites I checked on the international list that looked obvious. A google search came up with it at www.crissywild.com which is "pharmacy network" or "pharmacy international, Inc.".

None of these names produced any posts when I searched all the archives here. Any suggestions for me?
