Currently I believe only Schedule ll is followed closely nationwide, states have varying sytems set up...

Your PMD is right...Norco is a Schedule III drug.

Nothing's going to happen to her, you have be doing some significant multiple-dipping to even make a blip on the radar.

The feds can't track felony warrants from state to state and most states miss warrants when they have a wanted felon in custody. Believe me the black-lists and tracking systems for C-II prescriptions, you all imagine, exist, if at all, as test implementations. Of course one always risks the unfortunate lucky hit, that's life.

BTW - I think it's spelled Houston!

Hi..excuse me ..your right about the spelling..you are not the first to say that my spelling is not the best(my spell check doesn't work)...so I am sorry to all of thouse whom live in HOUSTON! I guess my friend that has had the worst luck with these, no records-no ID OP's will have to risk being picked out on that data base. I am still looking for a site or someone on our smart DB board to tell me the classes of drugs there are...I know that Norco is a class II but what is with that...isn't vicodin, ect with that class..and why is it that the feds seem to be going after us that are looking for 6-8 per day...thank you for your kind responce plotinus I will in the future remember our folks in Houston..it's cold here in chitown....Boo

Hi Boobetty - Norco, Vicodin, Lortab, Lorcet, etc. are all Schedule III, not II. Hope that helps.

Norco, Vicodin, both contain hydrocodone w/apap, and are schedule III, Oxycodone, Oxycontin are schedule II's and are monitored and schedule II's can't be obtained via the OP system....so she should be fine JMO

Thanks Love and IMSUSCOT1 I feel a bit better due to the fact that my mother ordered from two OP's...she used Unityrx...as I did and also erxonline...I stopped due to there dispicable customer service practice of taking your money first and not answering phones properly...but I was wondering what the scedules were because although I signed a contract about 6 months ago for the patch and oxy I am no longer on that drug and hope that that contract is null and void at this point ...so I thank you for making me and my Mom feel a bit better...as others have said its the bigger scehedules they seem to be looking at "I HOPE" and also the luck of the data base draw....thanks again...Boobetty..and her Mommy..
