TropicalRX = System Declined???

I just placed an order with TropicalRx...only because I'm desparate..my doc said it would take a week to get my medical records to me. Anyway...when I checked my order status about 10 minutes after I placed my order it said System declined....anyone have any idea what this means?? I do not have any orders out with any other OPs...and I haven't ordered with Tropical since July 15th or so. Has this happened to anyone else? Please shed some light on this for me.

Never mind...I just revcieved an email from them saying it was because of an invalid address. I have to enter a PO box as well as a street address because the PO box is my billing address...I guess they picked that up and thought that's where I wanted the meds shipped. Oh well...at least I now what system declined means now. Maybe I can straighten it out with them Monday.

HI DixieRose,

you can email them but that will not help much call and leave a meesage if your meds do not get sent, check it Have you been billed? If so call and leave a messege about the real delivary address and that the po box is the cards address for what ever reason why, if they have billed you and it has not shipped moneday call monday anyway and tell them you do not know if you should remove the charges on the card if you can not get your meds sent to your home address. I have always had great luck with them, and just leave messeges nice ones of course about what is up??they puch it through alittle more quickly esp. if you might have card dispute charges because they have to pay when that happen..I'm sure you will get your order very soon, I do not order the 24 hr but it still comes in 24 after they ship I quess fedex is generous...good luck and let me know if you get it straightened out..
