finding doctor in Phoenix, AZ for anxiety meds

I used to use this site to get my meds from overseas - it is a great site for that! Code:

I have generalized anxiety disorder with panic attacks. I have been okay and off meds (except Doxepin and Neurontin) for some time. Now I need to get back on and am finding resistance from doctors to prescribe any kind of benzo or even Librium. Since I am on Medicaid my choice of doctors is limited. I need to find a sympathetic doctor in the Phoenix area. I am also in much physical pain, but can bear that. Can anyone recommend help?
