NOPE!
They still don't have my refills available on their webiste. It says no refills available at this time BUT it has been over 30 days! Countless emails later, I gave up! I consulted with midland and 24 laters I have my meds in hand.
I really can't afford to play games with these poeple who really don't care about patients! No one can sit here and tell me otherwise really. For the prices we are paying, they have enough money to hire more customer service reps to help us. Come on people, they are making hands over fist with the prices they are chrgaing and we do deserve better service!!!!!!! They offer a service but then leave people high and dry when it is time for refills. Do you think they care if people are stuck in bed because of their lack of attention? NO~~~They care about money! If they were smart, they would get their act together, stop being so greedy, hire more people to keep us happy, and in turn see more customers like me using them! Right?
Now I am concerned:
1. Double dipping come to mind although I am not too worried about that unless I run into the same dr who I spoke to or my refills happen to show up at some pharmacy without my knowledge and I get screwed with whomever I am using at the time. I did email them about those refills after using Midland, asking IF they will ever end up somewhere, still no response
2. They deciding at some point to charge me for a refill and sending it. That $177 would screw up my checkbook!
I really regret using them. I should have known better, I have records but sometimes it is just easier using places like this....Never again!
I wish I could help all of you!

Just so you know your not alone , I never got my refills from them either. I also emailed and emailed and no response. I moved on too. If anyone is waiting for refills, dont hold your breath.

I have had nothing but success with these guys. I've spoken at length with someone that seems to be in charge. My advice is to forget about the email's and use the phone... also, rudeness will get you nowhere. I know how frustrating these OP's can be but apparantly these guys have had so many orders they can't keep up. Again, I know they shouldn't offer a product they can't send but if you persist you will succeed. I have used then several times and plan on doing so as long as possible.
