Trouble in paradise. Tropicalrx is saying "declined by Dr." and there is message on the service saying that if you've reached this message email the Dr. Sounds fishy.......may want to stay away.

Really? It was a refill though so all the questions were answered already if you know what I mean. It's the 3rd time I've used them and I responded to their refill email. That is why I'm a bit surprised. I checked the boards yesterday and people seemed to be getting their stuff from Tropival so I went through with it. These Op are just getting to be too much headache. You think they will charge me anyway?

what does it mean when I check my order status, ( placed order sunday august 24) and it says:"In process at Pharmacy"???????? Never used a U.S, O.P. before and wonder if this means my order has been excepted ( for sure??) and when I might expect delivery. I picked the free shipping option. any/all advise greatly appreciated!!! thank you!

Dscowboy, I bet, like Brain said, you probably just answered one of the questions wrong. Either that, or maybe the Dr. just randomly picks a few people to actually talk to on the phone. I imagine they have to some kind of contact with customers once in a while to remain legit. Just talk to him and tell him the same things that you filled-out on the form they give you.

The crucial question is where they ask why you still need this medicine from them.

Well,
as I posted in the other thread(where quite a few others were denied as well),I was denied twice by the dr,and I have ordered from them b4.I was also charged twice, and no answer as to why it was denied. When I called, they just said"just because you order a refill,it doesnt gaurantee it will be accepted by the dr",and to email him.Which I did,and have not received any response as yet.
Good luck-I know I will never use them again
Lisa

dscowboy: If the Dr. doesn't approve your request I believe they say you get charged $25.00, if they already charged you for the full price they should credit your CC account back all $$ except $25.00. Maybe a question that didn't appear right wasn't caught the 1st. time around but on review it was, try resubmitting & see what happens or just call them. Hope that helps.

Hello trampy: The answer to that crucial question is a crucial answer " The pain continues from my condition & the medication that I am requesting controls the symptoms of my condition so that I am able to function as normal as possible"
Hope that helps

Lisa1967 Hello: Nothing remains the same in the medical field or with chronic pain, it gets "worse", "gets better" "only is helped by taking medication requested", " gets worse at nite/ or daytime" "pain prevents you from working" "doing housework", "caring for your children" "prevents you from attending social events" "causes you to become irritable", get the idea? Change something for them. gizmo713;)

My Mom ordered from them a couple of months ago, and I believe the "in pharmacy que" basically means it's being sent to the pharmacy and should be shipped out soon.

Now this is just my opinion on the reordering of meds on this OP..I have used Medcationsonlin.net....they do this...you order 60 and they send you 30 and then 30 I am just wondering if this order for 90 is to last you 90 days...if so move the heck on.....just my opinoin...my Mom just used them...we have them on there way...we will report on refill status....she is very happy with them but would have rather have used the next day service....two days in our state means two days...thanks Boobetty
