I have read so many good posts about this op and ordered a small amount of a non-controlled product. It has been over a month and no package. I e-mailed them once and ask about tracking the package and they said not to worry it sometimes takes a little longer to get to some states. Now I do not believe customs was involved because it was not controlled. I live alone and the package was never signed for. I have the same Postsman for 10 years and I completely trust him. Clickdrugstore has not even bothered to return my e-mail questions. Has this happened to any other board members?

Don't worry they will reship. I waited over a month for my order and after many emails asking for them to reship they did. The problem is that two days after they said they reshipped I got my original order. It was held up at my post office for about 3 weeks without the PO telling me about it. Just yesterday I sent them an email saying that I was willing to pay for the reshipped order. I hope this all works out because from my experience from them they are 100% honest and maybe more.
Peace J.

I also just tried these guys out and they came thru very quickly. It was sent discretely, tho via registered mail so I had to sign for it. Brand name meds, high quality.

You can request delivery without signature required (unregistered). They may not be happy to reship, if order is shipped unregistered and goes missing. Also, their packaging on small orders is discrete, but large orders are bulky with no customs declaration. My order for 200 tramadol (non-controlled substance) was opened by customs, resealed and shipped on to me unharmed, but the package looked pregnant All in all a fast, quality company.

Received another order from Click, exactly one week from order to door. Just an excellent OP... period.

Placed first order with them on July 20th...still haven't received anything. I sent two polite emails asking if they could possibly track the pkg to prove that it was sent out. Both emails ignored...that p***** me off. My next email was a little more forceful in tone..told them that I was about to do a chargeback on my CC. They finally responded and sent a scanned postal receipt, so I know that at least they sent it out. The problem is, I REQUESTED to have it left in my mailbox, without sig.(My mailbox locks). This is because no one is home during postal hours, and it is a PIA to get the pkg from the post office. Now it has been over thirty days, when their average is 10-12, I have no proof that it wasn't delivered, so I am SOL. This was my first order from them. This will be the fourth international order that has just DISAPPEARED into thin air,,no Customs letter, no nothing. Thankfully I order small, for this very reason. I am really becoming more and more convinced that there is someone in my local postal service that is on to what is being delivered, and is stealing my packages, but I have no idea how to go about getting proof of this.

ouch kandi. Sorry about that.
I'm roughly 24 days from my order date and have not heard from click nor rec'd anything. Wonder if I should do a chargeback. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated - PM or Post. Thanks

MT, I would say that you should request a reship after 30 days. I hate to see charge backs for companies that have been good to me. But in the end it is your money and your choice. Click sucks at returning emails but if you send enough they eventually will. I know first hand that they do reship. If its registered then they know you didn't get it, right?
Also, they probably get more than a few seizures with thailand written all over it.

Received order in just less than two weeks.
Downside: had to sign for it, Soma is 175mg not 350 and rather weak.
Upsides: came quickly, well packaged.
1-for-1 so far. Will consider them again except for the difference in dosage issue, which is a serious thing considering my back problems. Wolf

That's a tough break kandi. It's not all that far fetched that a PO worker has an idea what's in those international packages. Every think about getting a PO Box or MailboxesETC?

This is the only logical explanation that I can come up with, and YES I have thought about getting a P.O. box, but I live in a fairly small town, so I am wondering if the same people would be handling the mail in the P.O. boxes, as well as my personal mail box. After I posted above, I recounted, and it is actually 5 missing int'l orders in the past six months or so...some go back as far as April (Farmakos). No Customs letters at all. The funny thing is, anything I have ordered from South Africa makes it through! Not just A-M, but another OP as well. Well, A-M has priced themselves out of my ballpark, so that is no longer an option. I have tried ordering under a different name and everything (someone else in my household). I did receive a very small shipment from a Thai pharm recently, but the pkg looked like an ordinary letter...no tell-tale brown mailer, like many others. I also received (just yesterday) a pkg from an Australian pharm, that was in a box, but it was not controlled, just a female hormone product in cream form that is not approved by the FDA and available in the US yet. I am really at a loss here...but I guess I will try the P.O. box and see what happens. Who knows? Maybe the Click pkg may still show up...the man that emailed me back said that when they ship non-registered, it sometimes takes a lot longer than their normal shipping time. Thanks for the advice all...if I decide to order from them again, it will definitely be REGISTERED.

Anybody with some of these long awaited orders getting anything yet? I'm worried now I placed an order on 8/11. I requested it be sent unregistered. They emailed on 8/12 that they would ship it out that morning. I haven't received it yet. The first order with them was registered and it took like 14 days. My second was sent unregistered with only like a 9 day wait. I see some of you going on 20 plus day waits. Any updates?

Order arrived with no problems. The delay was a technical error that won't happen again. I'm very satisfied w/ very good meds, and especially satified w/ their supurb prices!
I stayed in regular contact with 'em and they were helpful, and provided relevant, timely responses to emails - always
within 12-24 hours max. Based on all factors combined I rate them A+.
If you haven't gotten a package within the usual time then just hang on. Getting mail from across the globe can be glitched due to the most perfectly innocent reasons (for instance I even feel it appropriate to thank our USPS LOL. Our postal workers (mine always) do work hard and care about whether any 'special looking package' gets to us - that's my experience, fortunately I guess.
My case was a special case of delay which is a funny, long story. My main message: O. sends orders out and cares if you get it or not. It's rare to have a very affordable OP that also cares.
Thanks to O. at CDS, and thanks to all the helfpfull members to whom I extend my thanks, and appreciation. Some of you are Magnificent Members - and BTW Biff I mentioned you to O. as a good, righteous member and customer
rns67 just keep hangin' - if there's a problem just follow up with 'em -- you'll be very satisfied -- whether you stress about delivery or not

On June 28th I too ordered from Click.
My order was $300.00 and they said I would have to fax a photo ID to charge that much on my card. I thought that was strange so I never completed the deal.
At the end of July I was perusing their site and it said my order was delivered-actually shipped- not delivered to my door.
I checked my statement and Click charged my card anyway for the full 300.00, no ID.
I thought I had just experienced my first screwing from an OP.
I e-mailed Click and they repeated what their site said-delivered on June 30th which of course I didn't believe.
My package did finally arrive around the last week in July.
When I got the package I thought for sure I had been screwed after all because there is NO WAY the amount of medication I ordered could be in this thin package.
It was indeed all in there.
You have really got to see to believe how discrete their they package meds.
I primarily use Masters but it is nice to know there is another IOP with cheap prices if the need arises.

Go into the post office and tell them that you are ordering drugs over the internet and accuse them of stealing. Then demand that they hand them over or you'll start shooting! That ought to do it! Just kidding. I've lost several orders over time, too. In the end, I usually just grin and count them as a small loss. Hope your stuff comes through, though.
