Does eRX require ID and records now on a first order? The email they send when you refill implies that you do.

I think I've posted this before, but in case I haven't. I asked them on one of those rare days I got them on the phone and they said, no, not on a refill. However, I have also read that people have even tried to fax records and could never get through on their fax (big surprise), and their order went through anyway. Just order; they have no idea which way is up over there. But DO NOT use a debit card and check with your cc company daily (if you can do it online) to make sure you don't get double billed!

Thanks for the reply, Ind4508. I am getting my refills from eRX OK without records or ID, despite the misleading email. My real question is, "what is eRX now requiring from a new patient?" A friend was just injured in an auto accident. Local doc gave him soma & 800mg IB. He can't even sit up or get comfy lying down without soma, which is totally debilitating. I thought he might order some Vicoprofen from eRX, but their form email implies that new new patients must supply medical records and a picture ID. Is this true?
