NWW and Refills?
      #96101 - 08/27/03 11:18 AM

Has anyone had trouble getting refills from NWW? I have been using them since Feb and have never had any trouble, but now I am getting a little nervous.

Last month I received a refill email reminder. I filled it out about 2 days before my refill date (the 25th day). When I submitted the order it said that the pharmacy would hold the order and ship it out on 8/3. Later that day I checked my email and I received a tracking number. They went ahead and shipped it early.

This month I never received an email reminder. Since my last script was filled on 8/1 that means that 8/25 should be my refill date. I emailed NWW on 8/22 asking why I had not received my email reminder. They emailed me back and said just to either call them or email them for my refill.

On 8/25 I called NWW. The lady said that my refill was not due until 8/28. I asked her if I could go ahead and submit the order, which was okay with her. I didn't receive any kind of email confirmation, so I called St Peters that afternoon. The lady said that they hadn't received anything from NWW. I asked her if it was too early
for them to send out my refill and she said absolutely not that she could ship it today, but she cannot fill it until NWW sends her the refill request.

She told me to call NWW and tell them to send her the refill request, but I don't want to make them mad at NWW. They have always been so good in the past. I don't really mind if they don't ship it out until 8/28 and I get it on Fri. What I am worried about is NWW not sending the refill request to St Peter's on 8/28, then with the Labor Day Holiday I won't get my meds till next Tues or Wed and I will have run out by then.

If anyone has any insight they would like to share with me I would appreciate it.

Sorry to ramble on and on.

Call Norco and tell them what the pharmacy said....they usually do not have to much of a problem with one day. Don't get stuck over the long weekend....it will make it even longer!!!!

OP's charge a lot of money for their service, and if you're due a refill and shouldn't hesitate to call. They won't be mad, I'm sure it's happened plenty of times in the past.

I had a similar situation... In fact, when I called St.Pete's, the guy I spoke to was really rude. I contacted NWW, and they no problem getting in touch with the pharmacy in order to expedite my refill.
Cheers

I got a tracking number from them today. I'm so glad there was no trouble so I won't go without over the long weekend.

Thanks for the feedback!!

Try calling them. Their number is 863-298-9997. Ask to speak with Stephanie. She will go out of her way to help you and she is very accomdating, not to mention very pleasant.
