I think it is endocet or something similer.

Large yellow oval tab with 10 written on one side and E 797 on the other.

it is endocet 10/650, oxycodone/apap

Good Lord! I want some of that! lol. Where did this come from? I can't believe all the different variants of drugs there are out there. I'm so grateful for this board, not just for the information you receive regarding certain meds. and what have you, but also because it's given me an education from time to time as well as having sparked a desire to do some research of my own outside of here! Pharmacology is sooooooooo intriguing!
