Does anyone out there have any experience, comments, or even rumors regarding an OP called expain.com. It's on the list of US OPs with Dr Mildred Watson as the primary physician. She used to be affiliated with PainMeds4U, also called the Madison Pain Clinic. Anyway, expain.com offers compounded medicine, meaning a lower dose of acetamenophen(Tylenol) per capsule and possibly 15mg of hydrocodone per cap. It sounds attractive for those of us that are concerned about the elevated liver enzymes due to too much Tylenol. If anyone knows anything about expain.com, please reply.
Thanks, the Painster
PS- I conducted a search for a history on expain.com and there has been nothing for months and months. That's why I'm asking
All I know about Expain is that Dr. Mildred Watson is no longer affiliated with them, she has her own operation now and prescribes the compounded hydro as well. Here is her website if you care to take a look Dr. Watson
I've been with Dr. Watson for almost a year now and have absolutely NO complaints. She uses United pharmacy and I believe there is another pharmacy she uses in TX. She's a bit expensive to get started with and you have to have substantial records. In the long run though, she is a little bit less expensive because reconsults are I believe $75 and you get six fills. Besides that, she is a very compassionate, thorough person. I've never spent less than 20 minutes with her on the phone and her assistant is great. I really don't have anything bad to say about her. Hope this helps!
