Qualitiest/vintage hydros

Just recieved my scrip of generic 10/325's from Buymeds.com and found out they were vintage/qualitiest(sp.?) brand(thanks, fluffyfeller). Anyone with any experience as to efficacy? Have been using Norco or Watson's until now.
Thanks, Ben

Hi Ben

This may not be much help, but they work well for some and not for others. I wasn't aware V/Q made the 10/325s. I have had the 7.5/500 and they worked fine for me. Same for their Soma.
Since everyone is different...Hope they work for you.
J.

I answered this in your other post, but anyway, I have found that Hydro 10/325 Qualitest = Hydro 10/325 Watson.

The Qualitest 10/500 = or better than Watson 10/500. I actually prefer them. That just my personal opinion but either way you shouldn't be let down by them. Of course as stated everyone is different. Hope this helps...

My own experience is that Watson's are better than other brands, but they really are all similar...just different fillers added. Mallincrofts made me a bit nauseous, even with food...again, just different fillers.

The only difference I notice is that they take longer to kick in, and I'm better off on an empty stomach with them.

FWIW, I've found 10/325's to be rather ineffective no matter who makes them. So do a lot of other folks, and much has been discussed here regarding that. As for Qualitiest/vintage hydros in general, I had a script two years ago for 7.5/500's that was filled with that brand and found them to be the equal of the Watson's *and* more effective than a 10/325.
