I had one refill left and placed my order August 12. I didn't hear anything any finally got through on the 15th. They said they would check on my order since their web site said and UPS's said "Billed". I check the web site tonight and said my order was cancelled because I had no refills left. I did notice on the UPS tracting # that they were sending 2 packages which was incorrect. Now I have to pay for another consult. I had always had good luck with them in the past, but I guess their new and improved customer service just isn't working. What a crock!

I did have a similar experience with ERX..... I was on the phone for nearly an hour....but managed to get through, be put on hold for 20 min...etc, but she did "reset" the refill indicator for me which allowed me to go in and order the refill that was due. Very time consuming, but it did work. Good luck.

Thanks,I'll try again Monday. Any suggestions on the best way to get through to ERX? With their "Great" customer service I've never been able to get anyone to answer their toll free number and I have to use their 305 number. They don't answer my emails.

ERX is bad news..they boost great customer service but they are the worst and have the worst attitudes..Leslie is the only helpful one there..I used them in the past, they were hard all around orders were short, order did not get to pharmacy phone always busy and then answered and your asked to be put on hold..they would not refill me and gave me no explanation..just denied it..cancelled the refill..I called them and they said yes but would not give details..I will not use them there are better op out htere you can talk to and are nice and helpfull..maybe no refills, but shoot dealing with ERX your lucky if you get them or who knows when you will even get your order??thats my expierence with them, RUDE and non helpful..good luck to ya..

I never got my last refill, but went through the process of getting another consult. My order got stuck at the pharmacy so I called and spoke with someone at EPX. I explained that I never recieved my order, she was very helpful and called the pharmacy and reordered. The next thing I know I recieved my order overnight even though I had ordered the 3 day shipping.I hope this is a sign that they are getting their act together.

Amen shine...I totally agree with you...I wonder if they read Drugbuyers.com...if the did they sure would be suprised at all of the bad pubiz they are getting...I will no longer EVER use them due to there customer service..I was yelled at, told that it was MY fault that my order got lost , took my money!!! Also the fact that they park your order at UPS as "billing recieved" must drive UPS crazy and there were days that mine was there for a week... then the fact that you have to stay on your phone for hours just to get through...I did find that the local number is easier to get through to them but it cost more money...good luck...BOOBETTY
