ERX- New Records Requirement
      #96270 - 08/27/03 10:04 PM

Hi Folks,
I placed an order today from ERX. I know they aren't the greatest, but they offer Tussionex which few others do. Anyway, I got an email with a fax number so that I could send my med records to a doctor. When I attempted to do so, the Fax number I was given was not in service. I wrote ERX explaining this, but of course have not heard back. However, My order has changed from "pending approval" to "At Pharmacy." My thought is that further efforts to fax my records would be redundant, and that my order will be shipped whenever ERX gets around to shipping it, which most of us know could be anytime.
Anyone have any thoughts? Should I continue to attempt to contact them regarding the fax, or just assume that the order was approved?
Thanks for any insight,
HKW

ERX is a not so goood OP customer service is rude and they are not very nice or responsive..but they do send the meds and you usualy do not need to fax the ifo uless a DR call and then he may not even want them. they will charge you it will go through order process then onto DR. for apoval and then onto pharmacy for fill if you ordered 24 hr it takes about 3to 4 days so might as well stick with the 3 day...but they usually come through but I have found freindlier OPs that are faster and helpful.hope this helps

Thanks Shine,
I have used them in the past, before I had good records, but as you said there are so many better OP's that I had moved on. The only reason I used them in this instance is that I know of know other OP's the offer Tussionex. The last time I had ordered from them, there was never even a mention of sending records, so I was a bit suprised when I received their email. However, I was happy to send them all of my records, but as I said the Fax number gives a not in service message. I even called on my home phone to make sure I was hearing the message properly. I guess I will just see what happens.
By the way, if anyone has allergies or asthma, don't move to Houston. If the pollen doesn't get you, the smog will.
Thanks again for your help.

I noticed the "records requirement" on a refill last time, so I called...a million times. I finally got through, and was told, no, that's okay, not on a refill. Huh. Wonder how this requirement thing is going to play out? The ONLY thing they had going for them was the NO records required deal.

The last time I used them, I too received an email about faxing my records to some number(my order was already approved), I didn't, my meds showed up the next day...
