-I ordered on 8/15
-They placed a reserve on my credit card on 8/15
-They charged my credit card 8/21
-The BM (ha ha) website stated pending shipment since 8/17
-Recieved various form emails with excuses over the past 12 days
-I emailed BM on 8/25 stating they had 2 days to ship or chargeback would occur
-8/25 p.m. :BM website listed tracking #
Called Fedex 8/25 p.m. :stated no package scan, just billing label created.
-Emailed BM 8/26 :stated they have 24 hrs to refund/ship or I will charge back.
-8/26 p.m. :Fedex site listed package scan for next day a.m. delivery ( I paid for 2day service).
-8/27 10:30a.m. :I recieved package. Meds were generic (barr,), I ordered and paid for name brand.
I was amazing how the threat of a chargeback got results. It also appears that they are manipulating the system to show products have been shipped or waiting to be shipped to make it look like they're doing something. The pharmacy was Universal. All were accounted for and appear to be in good shape although I haven't used any yet. Anyone have "barr" experience? I have initiated a chargeback because I didn't get what I ordered and paid for and waited patiently for and worked for under threat and many phone calls to BM, Fedex, and CC company. These people are crooks.

Seriously bro, PM me if you want a few better OPs with refills if ya'll got the classic no medical records probs. Then you won't have to deal with ubertards like buymeds who charge ya yer life savings just to get a little relief.
I am in the same situation although I have yet to see my order. I'm new at this and would love to know your other OP's, but I don't know how to PM you. Thanks!
All I'm saying is for those of us who've got stuck with this Buymeds situation, there is a possible mode of action and for me it was stern and short emails with threat of chargeback. Within 2 days of my initial email ultimadum I had my order (at least something close to what I ordered-generic) in hand! I am not affraid to chargeback and my credit card company has supported me 100% on many internet purchase problems. Buymeds is not my main supplier of meds and this is the first time I used them. I just used them to buy a med that I use very rarely and don't need much of. My main source is YOD and has been for a long time- they supply me with my pain meds. They and Woodys are the best in the business.
I say just reply to one of their excuse emails and give them a short professional ultimadum. If they don't respond charge them back and look elsewhere.

Dear Valued Customer,
Last week buymeds.com was struck by an e-mail virus which prohibited us from reading and replying to your e-mails. The e-mail servers are operating smoothly again and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Concurrently, we are pleased to announce the latest expansion for buymeds.com. Several new pharmacies are joining us and will be a great help in improving and increasing fulfillment of your orders.
Our expansion coupled with the virus has temporarily slowed down delivery for medications, thus increasing calls and e-mails to customer support. We ask for your continued understanding and patience while we work on resolving all issues. Rest assured that all orders are being processed and will be expedited to you promptly.
Your business and e-mails are important to us! If you sent us an e-mail which requires a reply, please resend us your e-mail and we will make sure your questions are addressed promptly. If you require immediate assistance, you may call us at 1-877-637-MEDS.
