Hmm, ok it's currently 12:15am (PST) I've tried like 10 times to access tropicalrx.com but to no avail. I keep getting a 404 error stateing that the requested page does not exist (!!). I know I'm spelling it right and have even cut-in-pasted the address in so I know it's right. Anyone else having this problem?

I too tried to get to their site and cannot, am getting the same message as you are. Don't know what the problem is.

Their server is down but the same company owns buymeds.com and baymeds.com

 Well, after my husband had an excellent experience with Tropical, I decided to give them a try. Everything seemed to go smoothly until they sent the email saying my order was shipped. At 8:51 pm it was shown to be in Mirimar FL. At 8:52 it was shown DELIVERED to an M. Rodriguez here in my state of VA. Well, I called FEDEX and of course, they couldn't find the package. I had ordered on 19 AUG after 4, so I expected my package on 21 AUG, having chosen overnight.
When I finally got through to the FEDEX people in FL, they said that M. Rodriguez came and picked up several packages from Tropical and took them back. So far Tropical claims to know nothing about this. I spoke to the person at FEDEX who actually physically handed these packages back to M. Rodriguez. Something very shady going on here, as they have already charged my CC. The customer service has been practically non-existent; they act like they don't know what I'm talking about. So here it is Monday, I've seen nothing of my meds, nor have they bothered to call or email me back. My advice: STAY AWAY!!!!

I ordered last week on the 21st and it still says "processing payment" this is my 5th order with them and this has never happened before. In the past it would switch to "payment processed pending shipment" with hours of placing the order and then it would take them a day or two to ship. Why oh why do they even offer next day shipping if they NEVER get it to you when you pay them to????? I'm starting to worry because the phone is always busy, they never write back and it seems as if they just fell off the planet. I wish they would relize that they are dealing with Medical Issues and not wigets. I mean should we have to stay in pain because they do not feel like doing their job? At the very least they should pick up the phone and let me know whats what. I will be trying to find a new OP now because I can not put my pain in the hands of people who just do not give a ....!!!
If some one knows a place that actually gets you your meds the next day please post it here or let me know. I can not go one dealing with these people!!! By the way out of the 5 orders I placed with them (all overnights) only ONCE did they actually get it to me the next day. Please anyone who knows a good OP please let me know (I have records but it is hard to send them from my job so a place that does not make you send them would be preferred).

Brad, I have to say from what I've read that if you decide to use TropicalRX, BuyMeds, ERXonline, etc. you may have to consider the problems, so getting finding a good online doctor (I use Your Online Doc, and have wonderful success with them -- always get my meds day after consultation, and I've used FedXMeds with the same results in the past before going to YOD) that requires med records is the way to go.
I just go down the street to Kinko's Copy's that have a fax machine (they're open until 9:00 p.m) and fax my records from there, so you don't need to fax them from work. There are places on every corner here that have fax machine services, so you may want to look into doing that. I only say this from what I've read people having to go through with these services lately.

I ordered from tropical on the 20 and didn't use next day took the free 2 day and had order before 4 the next day any way.This was my first order from an op,I hope this wasn't just a fluke it went this smooth.

question: my "watson generic lortabs" arrived today. they are all white,oval shaped, a center cut for splitting them in half,imprited with "watson # 385) bottle says they are 7.5/500mg. I THOUGHT THEY SHOULD BE BLUE AND SAY "WATSON 7.5/500 ON THE PILL. ANYBODY KNOW IF I REALLY GOT 7.5 OR JUST 5MG???? NEED AND APPRECIATE THE ADVICE. THANKS AGAIN

According to the Watson corporate website, the imprint "385" is 7.5/500 hydro/APAP. I've never had that particular combo though so I'm not sure about the coloring.
