Anyone get any explanations from Raj lately??? He usually answers my customer care queries very quickly, but not this one. I asked him if his new shipping method takes longer since nobody is receiving their reships. No reply as of 4 days......

Same here no answers in customer query. Also for a week or so you were able to put comments in the quest book not anymore. I agree excuses are running thin. I also want to know where all those people who were jumping on his side and defending him went. Be patient well 11 weeks and nothing yet and getting all the excuses and he still has my 300.00 + dollars it is kind of hard to be patient.Yes he has been very good in the past but he isn't being and hasn't been in the past 2 1/2 months. I can't believe people are ordering even though they haven't received there other orders yet.

Many people who were supportive of Raj in the past, like me, have not ordered for over three months, waiting to see if he would get his act together again. If you check my past posts, I believe you'll see notes of caution along with expressions of support. If anyone was convinced to order during the past two months because of my posts, please accept my apologies. BTW - I'm out over $100 because of his "ruckus" with WU. Will never use WU or a WU-only OP again.

It's really too bad they are doing this. If they aren't shipping - they should just tell us, we could take our loss and move on. My customer care queries are now being answered within 24 hours, however, no products received. I suppose the 'love letters' could go on infinitely. I also didn't terribly enjoy the blanket e-mail, to those who received it. The fact that they made public many customer e-mail addresses, as opposed to blind carboning them, is absurd. I did get a chuckle out of one of the e-mail addresses though ==>

Raj should be blacklisted. Ordering anything from him would be completely insane and stupid at this point.
I have been waiting on an order from early June. I have gotten the same "friend" replies (when I receive any reply), and the same lame excuses for non-delivery. He has recently put some new guestbook entries up (the ones I sent were not posted) since the 15th. Since he is censoring his guestbook, it is pitiful that the best he can do is post the miserable comments that are presently there. Some deal with delivery of partial orders, but that doesn't encourage me any.

My order arrived today. Placed order on 6/17. After many "Dear Friend" emails "Your order has been shipped", it finally arrived intact. I tried to determine the postmark date, but was unable to read it. I have posted some previous harsh words about this IOP, but the order did arrive. I'm not ready to retract my criticism for this treatment, but I did want to inform other DB's that maybe the back-orders will start arriving. It will take a lot of positive feedback before I place another order with this facility. Good thing about this experience is that it made me look at alternative sources and I have found many reliable local (US) doctors and pharmacies that will fill orders for stronger medication that is totally 100% legal. (NWW, Buymeds, Tropical, etc) Since I didn't have any records, I incorrectly thought I was forced to use International sources, but I was wrong - Reliable sources, fast shipping, legal scripts, and stronger medications from doctors in the US are the way to go I now think. Possibly, a little higher price, but at least I don't have to worry about seizures, ripoffs and all the other games that some of the overseas pharmacies play. Just my two cents worth. For those of you waiting, check your mail in the next few days and you MIGHT be pleasantly surprised - Let's Hope.

Glad to hear that you received. Definitely, this is an experience to remind us not to put our eggs in one basket. There are other very good IOP's out there, and I use them --especially since Raj has become a questionable source.
Hopefully, we will see more posts about people getting their orders, but I am not very optimistic. I would not use his service after this 2 1/2 month screw up, even if the orders come flooding in. And I am saying this after using his service for over 2 years now.

Original order 7/4, reship 8/1 supposedly in three packages.
Please to report 1 of 3 arrived Friday. Lets hope they start rolling in soon.

His guestbook is now up to date, although I'm certain edited. There were 4 or 5 new pages of posts. Lots of folks asking where their order is and "I trust you Raj" - yada..yada. A few saying they actually did receive within the last day or so and a whole bunch are saying that they'e only getting half their order. Interesting..

I just wanted to let everyone know that I did get my first package out of the 4 that were shipped today and they were suppose to have shipped the 4th. I will let you know if the others arrive.

Did you have to sign??? If so, how do you pick up a missed delivery if you had it mailed to an alias. The P.O. asks for ID. What can you do???? PM me if necessary.
